hi,
looking for someone to turn my amazing ocean view, yet disgusting porch and fence into a dream afternoon delight

we have a huge balcony in front of the ocean yet the woodwork there is horrible and old.

we would like a hot-tub installed there and the deck replaced.

also – the fence needs replacing.

Hi,
we are looking for a constructor to fully renovate and remodel our cellar into a wine cellar with all related isolation, conditioning and woodwork (see the picture for example).

we are currently storing all our wine collection elsewhere and would like to move it into the house.

the cellar has been long planned for that yet we lacked the time and funds to do it…

we have received a few offers and learned that the budget may be right, but we still haven’t found the right company for the job…

looking for a constructor to utilize a mid-size apartment downtown into a 3 rooms office.

must be a superman in terms of space utilization as we have hundreds of file cabinets and bookshelves that need to go into the wall (as shown in the example).

paperwork is all done and cleared, plans are there too.
